Our employability schemes focus on equipping individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the modern workforce. In DISEMEX project we were promoting integration of people with disabilities into the labour market. RESTART 3 targeted unemployed and disadvantaged adults, facing multiple barriers in finding employment and returning to the labour market. EVAT (European Value Added Training) aimed at identification of good practice in pre-vocational training pathways for lone parents returning to the labour market.
