Equality and inclusion encompass a commitment to fostering fair opportunities, diversity, and the protection of fundamental rights for all individuals, regardless of gender, background, or circumstances. Our initiatives focus on breaking down barriers, combating discrimination, and creating safe, supportive environments where everyone can thrive. By promoting awareness, education, and systemic change, we strive to build inclusive societies that value equity, respect, and empowerment. Projects in this category address key social challenges, ensuring that individuals, communities, and organizations can contribute to a more just and cohesive world.

Our international collaborations, educational programs, and advocacy efforts are at the core of these projects, bridging the gap between policy, education, and real-world impact. Whether through awareness campaigns, training programs, or digital tools, we emphasize the importance of equality and social inclusion in all aspects of life. In the United Violet project, we have been developing resources and digital solutions to recognize and combat gender-based violence (GBV), empowering organizations and individuals to take action, provide support, and foster a culture of safety and respect. In the Green Angels project we designed and validated a green and sustainable learning pathway for migrants to start up social and community enterprises. Within the EUESOL project we were supporting young adult migrants and refugees (16–40 years old) across the EU in acquiring the business skills needed to launch their own business ventures. DIM Project's objective was to promote an intercultural dialogue between different cultures, facilitate educational, linguistic and social inclusion for a full integration of foreign immigrant students by creating a free and open multilingual online dictionary that will be the basis for further assimilation activities
